Youth and Family Resources is a youth development program that began in 2007 and serves students in grades 6th thru 12th in Smith County Tennessee and is 100% free. Our non-profit organization is a team of community volunteers, partnerships with city leaders, local churches and our Smith County Schools. We are located in one of the historical buildings right off the square in Carthage where we hold after school programs Monday thru Thursday and on select weekends.
Youth and Family Resoures is based on the belief that, given guidance and support from caring adults, all youth can grow up healthy and happy, making positive contributions to their families, schools, and communities.
The future success of all Tennesseans depends on the investment we make in children today.
